Order Processing, Shipping, & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days after your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost, please contact us at Pavel.Naples@gmail.com with your order number so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
